Training needs analysis

With Vima Training Services, we identify the training needs of your business, plan them and turn them into sustainable results.

What is a training needs analysis?

A training needs analysis is a preliminary study that reveals the difference between the current status of the hotels Vima serves and the point they want to reach.

Our approach

  • Identification of needs

We create project-based training programs by working with you in the areas you focus on and/or want to develop in line with your annual business plan.

  • Evaluating data

We determine your brand's core values, vision and mission and the processes in areas that may need to be improved, analyze the data obtained through field research to understand the current situation, and present adaptive training designs for your needs and objectives.

  • Field studies

We follow how the trainings given are reflected in the field, and we ensure that the processes are sustainable and measure them through one-to-one mentoring in the field with your team and leaders.

Analysis steps

Depending on the hotel's position in the market, there are several steps to follow.

  1. Data collection

In the preliminary meetings with the human resources department, the brand's core values, vision and mission and the training calendars prepared previously will be collected. Once the possible opportunities and problems have been identified, the next stage begins.

  2. Data evaluation and solution suggestions

The data obtained will be analyzed professionally by Güçlen Aksu and Cenk Caner, and final evaluations will be made on the hotel's training needs. Department leaders or the general manager can also give advice and suggest solutions.

  3. Identifying training needs

At the last stage, short-, medium- and long-term training needs will be determined, taking into account the hotel's goals and the status of its employees. During the analysis, determinations are also made for each employee and by position. After an organizational analysis, a job analysis and a person analysis, the training needs of the business can be revealed.
