What we do
As Vima, we offer services such as ensuring the brand integration of your hotel, preparing the space list and approval procedures, coordinating the technical team and fixture suppliers with the architects, preparing the opening sales, marketing and operation budgets, and preparing marketing and sales strategies and taking action accordingly.
We also hire and train all staff in line with the plan and budget, determine suppliers and coordinate consumable orders, prepare the PMS, POS, Channel Manager, IBE and website for opening, carry out opening inspections and prepare a list of the works to be completed, and many more.
